Critical Reflection

At the start of the critical thinking and communication module, I was confident in my writing and presentation skills, aiming to improve them to meet university and professional standards. However, as I progressed through the module, I realised there was much more to learn. I learnt new skills while writing my reader response by effectively annotating texts related to my chosen system design, summarising, providing background information, and constructing thesis statements to summarise background ideas. Moreover, I learned to apply critical thinking principles from the Paul-Elder Framework, which involves Elements of Thought and Intellectual Standards in reading and writing. These newfound skills and techniques have significantly enhanced my writing and sharpened my critical thinking abilities. Contributions to the Research Project

 1) I Introduced the stakeholder (ThirdEye) to my team members. 2) I researched on the various technology used in the AR glasses. 3) I gave a detailed explanation on the technology used and how it contributes to basic functions of the AR glasses. 4) Through research and discussions with my team members we identified the possible improvements of the ThirdEye AR glasses and the decided on the intended users and purpose of our improved AR glasses. 5) I worked on the presentation slides and did the overview of the presentation agenda. 6) In the project report i wrote the technologies and the basic functions of the AR glasses and i also wrote the conclusion of the report.
